Palm Springs Luxury Homes Market Update

Luxury home sale are increasing in the desert.  In the past six months, 263 homes have sold at $1,000,000 or more, versus all of 2012 sales, of 388 homes of $1,000,000.  With an increase in sales numbers tracking at 35% more sales, it is clear where the market is today.  Confidence is up, and homes are now selling at a steady clip.  Sage investors have told me that when the real money is back in the game, we are back on track to increase sales.  View all luxury homes for sale in the Palm Springs area below.  Besides making good business sense, isn’t this the place you want to spend winter???
